Pennsylvania: It is a crime to show "disrespect" to the American flag, which includes prohibitions against the flag being used as "wearing apparel, bedding or drapery," as a "receptacle for receiving, holding, carrying or delivering anything," used in any advertising, or "embroidered on such articles as cushions or handkerchiefs and the like, printed or otherwise impressed on paper napkins or boxes or anything that is designed for temporary use and discard."

Analysis:
Pennsylvania doesn't appear to make it a crime to defile, deface, or desecrate an American flag - but for some reason, it is a crime to use the flag for clothing or drapery. In college, I used a huge German flag as a door because I lived in what was supposed to be the living room and that was the only way to get any privacy. Had I chosen an American flag, I'd probably have been breaking the law.
