Except where otherwise noted, all information contained in these pages was extracted from the Library of Congress Country Studies. If you are just looking for information on religion, this is the fastest place to find it. If you are looking for other information on countries around the world, you would do well to start your serach at that site. The studies are a continuing series of books prepared by the Federal Research Division of the Library of Congress under the Country Studies/Area Handbook Program sponsored by the Department of the Army.

Not only will the list keep expanding, but new information will keep being added to each country as I find it. Any country that is in bold face is either new or has had information added to it recently. When you see a country name not linked, that means that I have the information, but have not finished formatting and cross-linking (a time consuming process, especially for countries with many files).
