Definition: This term literally means "bretheren" and specifically refers to those former bedouin tribes who converted to the Wahhabi sect of Islam, settled down on the land, and later formed the shock troops of Abdul Aziz Al Sa'ud when he conqured Arabia in the early twentieth century.
