Definition: Feng Shui, which literally means "wind water," is a form of geomancy, involving the attempt to position graves, houses, and rooms so that they benefit the most from cosmic forces. Improper positioning can result in bad luck. Feng Shui has been called an architectural form of acupunction - instead of trying to manipulate the flow of ch'i in a person, a feng shui master attempts to manipulate the flow of ch'i in a building or in the ground.
