5th Circuit Court Judgement
The 5th Circuit Court ruled that "Clear Creek's policy of allowing a student-selected, student-given, nonsectarian, nonproselytizing invocation and benediction at high school graduations do not violative of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution" - but prayers before football games were disallowed.

5th Circuit Court: Denial of Appeal
The 5th Circuit Court ruled that the "Petition for Rehearing is denied" in the case of student prayers before graduations and games.
