Today the dominant religions in the world are monotheistic: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. At one time, though, the dominant religions in the world were polytheistic and only Hinduism remains to carry on any sort of explicitly polytheistic tradition. Book of the Week: God Against the Gods: The War Between Monotheism & Polytheism

Very interesting book review, thank you. As a polotheistic Witch, I am intriged by the notion that would Christianity fallen into the minor religion category, a possibility for larger religious freedom would have prevailed – well at least somewhat I am sure of that. Sounds thought-provoking enough to warrent a trip to the bookstore.

I curse you to always have minty-fresh breath!
I thank thee. May the altoids be with you.
