Discussion: Universal Health Insurance

A forum member writes: This national/universal health care bit has been mentioned in the Seattle PI. I am not convinced that it is a good idea. After all, 85% of Americans have health care insurance. Doing away with this, in order to accommodate the other 15%, does not seem prudent. Are there any arguments for rationing health care?
