Ingredients:
- Pears
- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Brandy
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Nuts, if desired
Preparation:
Brown the peeled and sliced pears with brown sugar and butter, until they are tender and glazed. Add a bit of brandy, to taste, top the Vanila Ice Cream with the pears, and garnish with nuts, if desired.
