Book of Habakkuk:
The book of Habakkuk is one of the minor prophets and among the eight which were written before the exile in Babylon. Habakkuk presents a series of laments addressed to God, asking when his purpose, justice and peace will finally be established on earth. He questions why the righteous must suffer while the wicked manage to remain unpunished - not the sort of challenge which is typical of the Jewish prophetic works.
