Biography:
John Mackinnon Robertson was a prolific author and famous British feethinker. He is
estimated to have written at least 115 books on freethought, although he is remembered
today most widely for his critiques of the historicity of Jesus. Robertson argued that
stories of Jesus were basically mythological in nature. Although later research has
not supported all of his work, many of his ideas have been verified.
