Definition:
According to the theory of ethical pluralism, there are many different things in life which can be considered as "intrinsically good." The highest human good, then, may consist in securing for oneself the maximum number of these different goods. For example, a person who has achieved the highest good for themselves may have many good friends, a productive career, a happy family, etc.
