The Bottom Line -
Despite my skepticism, though, I am glad that Johnston is trying to get people to
think about these conflicts differently. Even if it isn't possible to realize all of
his recommendations, it would still be a good idea to take them seriously and
consider how we might, in some fashion, achieve the goals he outlines. Anyone
interested in the role of religion in politics and international relations would do
well to pick up this book and read it.
