Zeus Abducts a Woman

Zeus may have been a god married to a goddess, but that never stopped Zeus from becoming enamored of various mortal women and trying to have his way with them. It was rare that they would agree willingly - aside from the fright of being approached by a god, they would later have to deal with Hera's wrath and jealousy. Hera couldn't do much to Zeus, so she would usually take it out on the women - even if they were carried off and raped, as we are seeing here.
