The Temple of Neptune was the third of the three temples to be built, around 470 BCE. Preserved in this temple, along with the outer peristyle columns, is the interior colonnade of two rows of columns along with superimposed columns in the central colonnade that supported the roof. This undated photo was taken from the back of the temple looking right down the middle of the naos and out the front. Towards the entrance you can just see the second tier of inner columns.
