Acropolis Propylaea

Today the Propylaea on the Acropolis in Athens, Greece, is in much better shape than it used to be. A major reconstruction effort has been underway since 1984 and the hosting of the Summer Olympics in Athens in 2004 provided a major motivation to get it completed. Right now it probably looks about as good as it ever has (and better than the above photo).
