There may be a lot of blogs and other specialized web sites out there, but there aren't quite so many general atheist web sites. Here are the five that readers picked as the best of the lot; click on the links to visit them then vote in the poll.

I’m pretty shocked here looking at the choices, that this very sight isn’t among them either as a blog or a site. I’ve been a subscriber to About.com/Atheism/Agnosticism for quite a few years, and it’s provided me with some of the greatest reasoned insight into all aspects of atheism, agnosticism, and religious belief systems anywhere to be found. In fact it’s the only site of it’s kind that I do subscribe to. Thanks for years of information Austin. I can tell you that it’s been put to great use in many an argument with one religious bigot after another. Keep up the great work. Again this is the ONLY atheism site that I actually subscribe to and I have a dedicated folder for all of your mailings, so I have aquired a small library of information on this subject and it’s all do to your efforts.
Thanks, I appreciate the kind words — but I can’t really make myself a candidate for an award that I’d be giving myself.
