Given that restriction, I'd like to have power over sound. This would mean the power to turn down the volume on annoying idiots playing their music too loudly or getting drunk and throwing up, and also to turn up the volume and hear secrets. And maybe also being able to charm people and/or blast down buildings with the power of my voice. :)
