Discussion: Ethical Duties to Others

A forum member writes: In this hypothetical, what duty, if any, do I have to feed a man who is: unable to work or care for himself, and whose family refuse to care for him. The man is a total stranger. Also, do I have a moral right to refuse to feed this person?
