July 28, 2002: Addressing a crowd of over a million youth at Toronto's Downsview Park for the final Mass during World Youth Day, Pope John Paul II brings up the sexual abuse scandal in America: "If you love Jesus, love the Church! Do not be discouraged by the sins and failings of some of her members."
