It is no longer acceptable to celebrate Christmas by mentioning the name of the One for which the season is dedicated - Jesus Christ.
Of course this is acceptable - people do it all the time. If Kime has stopped, that's his problem. What's not acceptable today is for the government to endorse or support religious celebrations of Christmas. If people want to do it on their own, fine. If they don't, that's fine as well. My question is, “is anything wrong with anything?” People say it is wrong for the boy scouts to exclude homosexuals so the United Way excludes the boy scouts from funds…is one right and the other wrong? I would like to point out some shoking news for everyone. TRUTH IS EXCLUSIVE!! Everything cannot be true and everything cannot be right. Life is sacred just like sexuality is sacred, therefore, how we live and how we deal with our sexuality should reflect that.
One question is why it is so important for homosexuals to participate in the boy scouts? Why not create your own? Why sue for participation in something that affirms God and the bible if you do not agree with it? Why would you do that? There’s a pretty simple test you can use to see if a position is wrong or harmful.
Do the people supporting it use hypocracy so blatant that a person can see it immediately? If so, the position is wrong and harmful. I’ve never found an exception to this, and would welcome one if someone can provide one.

I am a Eagle Scout. I have have 2 sons 5 and 10. They will be Boy Scouts hopefully carry on to the rank of Eagle.

The BSA have obviously failed in their mission, they state their mission is to teach young people to be ethical, courteous, kind, friendly and helpful, which would not include bigoted and biased.

The scouts saved my life. My experience with them was so bad that I decided to join the Navy, just in time to avoid being a ground pounder in Vietnam.

Few groups could represent “main stream America” better than the Boy Scouts. Scouting teaches strong character, as evidenced by the fact that, of 12 men to walk on the moon, 11 were Eagle Scouts. So now, all of a sudden, they are “bigots”? I don’t think so. BSOA haven’t changed their policies in 100 years. Rather, state-run main stream media and the Democratic Party (who BOOED Scouts off stage at their national convention) have drifted WAY off center. In all seriousness, though, the BSA actively TEACHES the youngsters to whom they minister to be Bigotted themselves. They do this through their bigotted actions and through their bigotted policies.
I will not give to the United Way. I deliberately select more carefully, the charities I trust. It does not matter that the UW will do this for me. They have tainted their organization to the extent, that I am repulsed by the UA.
