In what must be one of the biggest gaffes of the year, a priest in the German town of Lampoldshausen accidently distributed to about 300 people not the "Christmas message" video he intended, but a hardcore porn movie. The video was supposed to be redistributed to local residents - some of which were very upset. Others might have been quite happy, though.
Ananova reports:
Local parish priest Frithjof Schwesig said: "There was a mistake at the copying factory in Munich." ... The priest estimates that only five to seven people in the village actually watched the film.
What I wonder is, did those few people say "No" when asked to return the video, preferring what they actually received to what they were promised? Did any of those who hadn't watched it yet decide that they didn't want to return it so that they could have a chance to see what the big fuss was about?
