Atheists' Discrimination Lawsuit Reinstated

A discrimination lawsuit filed by an atheist against Associates Commerce Solutions and CitiGroup has been reinstated after the judge was asked to reconsider his dismissal. According to the plaintiff's lawyers, the woman's employer acted in grossly inappropriate ways - and solely because the woman was an atheist.
WATE reports:
[Carletta] Sims' attorney pointed out the employer had allowed two Christian employees to move to workstations away from her, giving them preferential treatment. The lawyer also argued the company didn't conduct an objective investigation into employee complaints against Sims.
Sims was fired for being "disruptive," but evidently the employer relied upon lies spread by two Christian women and didn't care enough to make sure that the allegations were accurate.
