Human She-Males Created in Lab

Interested in meeting a real She-Male - someone who is part female and part male on a genetic level? Experiments by scientists (Dr. Norbert Gleicher of the Foundation for Reproductive Medicine in Chicago and a colleague) which could conceivably lead to the creation of such she-males have sparked the moral outrage of not a few observers.

Created by mixing male and female cells in the same embryo, the she-male research was done as part of efforts to find treatments or even cures for genetic disorders based upon a single gene. While the goals may be laudable, the methods may not - especially among anti-abortion activists.
