Hijacking Slavery

According to some, redistributive taxation is a form of slavery because it "extracts involuntary labour (or its fruits) from people." However, the mere fact that such taxation simply shares a single attribute with slavery hardly seems like a justification for equating it with slavery. Is a boat with an engine also a car simply because it shares with cars the "attribute" of having an engine?
